Once your application is received someone will contact you to complete the registration process. 

 

Registration is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 1230 Palmyra Rd. SW. Warren, Ohio 44485. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are accepted. Applications can be completed by appointment at all outlying Head Start centers.

 

Please bring the following items are needed to register:
 

Child's birth certificate                                                              Custody papers (if applicable)

Shot record                                                                               Child's Medical insurance Card

Family Income for the last 30 days or 12 months                    TANF/SSI/SNAP

 

There is no cost for children to attend TCAP Head Start.
